These terms cover your use of 720OPS Field.
Who provides Field
720OPS Field is provided by Shield Group Holding B.V., Oude Apeldoornseweg 45-67, 7333 NR Apeldoorn, the Netherlands (Chamber of Commerce / KvK 34290724). Contact: support@720ops.com.
What Field is
Field is an operations system for executive-protection professionals: client intake, client cards, planning, the live operation, team communication and reports. It is a professional tool. By installing or using Field, you agree to these terms.
Test phase
Field is still being developed and tested. During the test phase, features may change, be added or be removed, and parts of the app may not always be available.
Accounts and teams
- You are responsible for your account and for keeping your phone and app lock code safe.
- The account owner decides who joins the team and which role and rights each person gets.
- When you enter data about other people — clients, team members or anyone else — you are responsible for having a lawful reason to do so, under the GDPR and other laws that apply to you. See our privacy policy.
Not an emergency or safety service
Field supports your work; it does not replace your judgement. It is not an emergency service, an alarm or a life-safety system, and must not be relied on as one. Emergency numbers shown in the app are for information — you make the call yourself. Travel times, positions, flight information, security briefs and AI output come from third-party data and can be wrong, incomplete or late. The app informs; the operator decides.
Subscriptions and payment
Field will be offered as paid subscriptions. Prices, and what each subscription includes, are always shown before you buy. Where a subscription is bought through the App Store or Google Play, their billing, renewal and refund rules apply. Features that use paid outside services, such as AI, may have fair-use limits.
Acceptable use
Use Field lawfully and for its intended purpose. Do not use it to harass, stalk, deceive or harm anyone, to follow people without a lawful basis, or in any way that breaks the law or the terms of the services Field uses.
Your content
What you enter in Field remains yours. You allow us to store and process it only to provide Field to you and your team. The app itself, its design and its software belong to us.
Third-party services
Field uses outside services such as Supabase, Anthropic, Google, Apple, Expo, Cloudflare and WhatsApp. Their own terms apply to their services, and we are not responsible for their availability, accuracy or decisions.
Ending
You can stop using Field at any time. We may suspend or end access in case of misuse or a breach of these terms.
Disclaimers and liability
Field is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent the law allows, Shield Group Holding B.V. is not liable for any loss arising from use of Field, from third-party services, or from reliance on information the app displays. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The current version always lives on this page, with the date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Netherlands. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the competent Dutch courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live.
