Terms of Service

720OPS Status · Last updated 17 August 2026

These terms cover your use of 720OPS Status. By installing or using the app, you agree to them.

Who provides the app

720OPS Status is provided by 720 D&S, Oude Apeldoornseweg 45-67, 7333 NR Apeldoorn, the Netherlands. Contact: support@720ops.com.

What the app is

720OPS Status is a tool for building and sending short status messages quickly, from your own saved words. When you send, the app hands your message to WhatsApp, which delivers it. The app itself is not a messaging service, a navigation service, or a location-tracking service — it draws on those from your own device at the moment you tap.

Not an emergency or safety service

720OPS Status is a convenience and communication tool for professionals. It is not an emergency service, an alarm, or a life-safety system, and must not be relied on as one. ETAs and positions are estimates drawn from third-party data and can be wrong or delayed. The app informs; the operator decides. Nothing sends without your own final tap.

Subscriptions and payment

Acceptable use

Use the app lawfully and for its intended purpose. Do not use it to harass, deceive, or harm others, or in any way that breaks the law or the terms of WhatsApp, Google or Apple.

Third-party services

The app relies on WhatsApp (Meta), Google (Maps, Routes, Places) and the app stores (Apple, Google). Your use of those is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for their availability, accuracy or decisions.

Disclaimers and liability

The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent the law allows, 720 D&S is not liable for any loss arising from use of the app, from third-party services, or from reliance on any estimate the app displays. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The current version always lives on this page with the date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Netherlands, and any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the competent Dutch courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live.
