Privacy Policy
720OPS Status is built so there is almost nothing to protect. There is no server of ours, no account, and no tracking. The safest data is the data that doesn't exist — so we made sure it doesn't.
Who we are
720OPS Status is made by 720 D&S, Oude Apeldoornseweg 45-67, 7333 NR Apeldoorn, the Netherlands. You can reach us at support@720ops.com.
What we collect and store
Nothing. The app has no server of ours, no user account, and no analytics or tracking tools. Your tiles, your words, your saved places, your quick lines and your settings live only on your own device. We cannot see them, because they never reach us.
What is processed, when, and by whom
Using the app means a few well-known third parties do their normal jobs, at the moment you ask them to. Here is the whole list.
- Your location — read only at the exact moment you tap for an ETA or your position. At that moment it is sent to Google (Maps, Routes and Places) to work out the time, route or address, and to WhatsApp when you choose to share your position. We never store it, and between taps the app does not follow you.
- Your messages — when you send a status, it is handed to WhatsApp (Meta), which delivers it exactly as it delivers your other messages. We do not see or keep your messages.
- Your subscription — payments are handled entirely by the App Store (Apple) or Google Play (Google). They process the payment and tell the app whether you have an active subscription. We are told that you subscribed; we never see your card or payment details.
- The app stores — Apple and Google know you downloaded and installed the app, as they do with any app.
No trackers, no ads, no analytics
The app contains no advertising, no analytics software, and no third-party trackers. A cookie policy is something a website needs to explain how it tracks visitors — the app has no website inside it and sets no cookies, so there is nothing to track and no cookie policy to give. We do not build a profile of you, because we have no way to and no reason to.
Third-party services
When the app hands something to Google, Apple or Meta (WhatsApp), that company handles it under its own privacy policy. We recommend reviewing theirs for how they treat the information they receive.

Your rights
Under the GDPR you have rights over your personal data. Because we hold none of it on our own systems, there is little for us to access, correct or delete on your behalf. Anything the app holds lives on your device — removing the app removes all of it. For data held by Google, Apple or Meta, please contact them directly.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will appear on this page with a new date above. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated policy.
